1. Bookings & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online via Fresha, on WhatsApp or by phone.
• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is accepted via cash, card or EFT at the time of treatment.

3. Treatment Information

The information on this website is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice. Treatment outcomes vary by individual. A consultation is required before any treatment to determine suitability.

4. Results & Expectations

5. Packages & Meal Plans

Package pricing is based on a set course of treatments. Packages including a complimentary meal plan are subject to the terms outlined during your consultation and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
